I cannot say enough about Shane from Outback Steakhouse store 2025. He has gone above and beyond to make my orders absolutely perfect. I had an issue with Uber Eats and he 100% made is amazing to fix it. He is a true example of what a manager should be. He should train others locations. He has absolutely 100% the customers wellness and safety, and orders 100%. Ive spoke with other mangers at that location and did not receive the kindness and satisfaction like we did from Shane. Please, please make him an example of what a manager and customer service should be. User's recommendation: I would recommend Gulf Coast Estero with Shane only.
