Absolutely abominable, frustrating experience. What Customer Service should NOT be.

Ordered flowers on a Saturday for Monday delivery. Contacted by company to see if Tuesday delivery OK as "flowers were delayed". I agreed to this. Thursday, still no flowers delivered to recipient and I have followed up twice (each time spending at least 20 minutes on hold) regarding delivery status. Unable to locate/get a response from the delivery driver regarding status. I demanded a call back same night (Thursday) with outcome. Did I get it...NO. In fact, the only time this company has contacted me was when THEY wanted the additional day to deliver, not when delivery went off the rails which is when they should have been communicating, with a solution to make things right. Shame on you, Terry's Florist!!! User's recommendation: Do NOT use!!!
