I was unable to purchase of pair of shoes online due to their website not taking "certain" addresses . I emailed them and they explained that I needed to call customer service . So I called and not only do they not give you the option of waiting for a representative (goes straight to voicemail) they won't even return your phone call . I didn't know ordering a pair of shoes would turn into a project . Never experienced this kind of customer sevice ever .
