Have purchased bike from TVs. Have paid my last installment through app but the same Rs. 3674 has been debited from my bank. When I checked with collection agent Mr. Varadharajan he said within seven days my money will come back to my account but so far I didn't get my refund . I went personaly to TVs to ask about my refund I didn't get proper response. It's been more than a month I didn't get my refund. Pls arrange for my refund
