About my fossil watch

well they told me that they received my watch on June 17,2021 then they came back and said that they received it on June 30,2021. I sent the watch out on the 10th of May by Fedex that they sent me . They have had the watch for 2 months now I just want them to fix the watch or send me a new on I have only had the watch 5 months it has a 2 year warranty, so I'm under the warranty. This is not the way a big company like Fossil should treat their customers User's recommendation: When the company walks you through the way to send the watch back then it should take 2 months to get it back. they should take care of the customers since you paid lots of money for a smart watch. not happy with Fassil right now and I have 4 other watches.
