i revoked my membership while talking to a customer service man on phone 6 months ago and i still got charged today which is totally absurd. Because this is exactly what happened the last time . I told the person on phone that please cancel my membership as there was no option to cancel pn our own.And still i got charged . i have not even used the services .I want my refund .
