Reyes my customer service representative stated he may give me a refund, he's not sure what kind, maybe a credit. He just didn't know. I asked to speak to supervisor who would know and he said maybe a supervisor would call me back. I asked to wait to speak to one and he said no someone would call me back and that he did not know when. User's recommendation: Knowledgeable Customer service representative on the refund policy.
