The salesperson was super helpful - placed an expedited order, gave us a military discount, and promised a receipt by email. The email never came, and the day before scheduled delivery I got nervous. It took three store employees (including the manager) nearly half an hour to get me an order number but they still couldn't give me a receipt. I called the warehouse and found that the order was now scheduled to be shipped the day it was supposed to be delivered, arriving too late for the trip I needed the equipment for. LLBean failed me at every step once the order was placed. User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere.
