Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased new maruti suzuki swift VDI on 25-06-2010 from RNS motors Bangalore, Chassis No 551128, Engine No. 1400622, Vehicle No. KA02 me 5384 . After driving the vehicle for 8000km there was an abnormal sound observed in the engine, when I gave the vehicle for 3rd service I told the dealer about this issue but the approach of the dealer was not satisified as well as they had told they would replace the part by this wednesday [protected]), but it is not replaced yet, There was another issue in the vehicle, from the day of delivery the left front door is not getting closed properly, I informed to the dealer from 1st service but till today i.e, after the 3rd service also the problem is not solved. I am very much unsatisifed with the vehicle as wel as service.
