I was dining at The Outback Steakhouse in Bethlehem, Pa 1 to 3 times a month and signed up for the dine rewards after being asked numerous times. I was giving them the info needed to post my visit to the account but realized it was not getting posted to my dine rewards account after reviewing emails from them. I went online to my account and realized that I can post them myself if they do not but it has to be within 24 hours of visit. Well that's out for all past visits that they missed. so I went last night at 6:15pm and had my usual meal along with my wife. id not say anything and just wanted to post it myself within the 24 hour period. It is 2:00pm the next day and went online to post, I punched in all the info including check # that they asked for 3 times and all i get is "WE WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE YOUR TRANSACTION" (VERIFY YOUR INFO AND TRY AGAIN). Program does not work!!!
