I bought my daughter a necklace for Christmas. The first time she wore it the necklace broke. She took it and got it fixed. She attempted to wear it again. The necklace broke again. She took it again to get it fixed. But this time the store clerk told her not to get it fixed, because the necklace is going to keep breaking. Call customer service was transferred and was told its nothing that could be done. Very disappointed
