Hands down the worst online purchasing and customer service experience I ever had as a consumer. A Pea in the Pod/Destination Materinty must be operating out of a home garage in NJ by a staff of two who have no idea what they are doing. The company has no problem advertising and promoting items online that have been sold out; charge your credit card and take weeks to drop charges. Their returns process? A total nightmare. I was over their stupider and purchased designer jeans from Shopbop (which was such a breeze). The quality of the denim (same designer) was superior in comparison to A Pea in the Pod.
