A messed up order

Hi my name is Cody i contacted your company last week to express my concern on a messed up order of mine I have still have not been contacted to figure out how we can resolve this issue I love ordering from y'all's company I would just like the correct cards in my order so please someone contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue
