At 2:04 today I received a package from your company that looked as if a 5 month old had wrapped it. I will be going to the Post Office tomorrow to do a RETURN TO SENDER. I DID NOT OPEN IT. On 2/6/2021 I received an email saying that "my Sofa Cover purchase was never completed". Then on 2/6/2021, I was told "We missed you and so does your cart". On 2/7/2021 I emailed you and said you were a scam. I called your phone number and it was not working. I tried to contact you through your email address and got no where. I contacted my Bank and my account was credited back in the amounts of 118.92 on 4/19/21 Reg E Claim Correction $118.92 and 3.57 on 4/19/2021 Bank Credit Fee Refund.
