The so called Boosting or regalia feed most used for players who arent spenders or cannot spend money on the game are being the toxic ones which has been bullied spenders making them quit the game, never listens to spenders as well too many alibis. Your top up wont be worth it once you encounter toxic players which will not let you play peacefully. User's recommendation: I would not recommend it at all if these arent fixed.
