A family of mine send me some funds using your remittance service and it was a *** to retrieve funds. It took me three full days to get it
The representative of the location in which I went to first told that I cant get that amount of funds there, I will have to go to the head office to collect the amount but before I go to head office I must call Moneygram International so I did . with the intention that when I get to the head office I wont have any hardship but thats where the hardship was. When I get to the head office I was told that I need proof for how I will be spending my money, proof of address, two IDs etc
