A device was defective and I want my money back

I am tired of fooling with you guys. I lost $45 and can't get any answers. I enter a password and of course, it isn't any good, then trying to decipher codes is impossible. I guess if this is the way you do business, then just chalk me up to a very unhappy customer with no positive reviews.I have already sent in a document showing my information and there isn't anything further I can do.
