a delivery that took longer than it should to get here

my order [protected] was late getting to me as the driver spent most of his time driving round not by me 3 times he went round the block, and twice sat off. he even admitted hed drove past my home while meant to be delivering my food., when it did finally get here i new it would be cold as its happened before to me. im housebound and disabledand also have alot of health problems, the last time it happened i was told to go look for the driver instead. i want a full refund as it aint my fault ur driver didnt deliver the food to me when he was by his own admittence driving past my home. both times this has been with mcdonalds, ive already complained to mcdonalds bout this last time, u just get lies from them and they dont seem to care bout customers. also u advertise [protected] as customer complaints( false advertising ) yet when we ring it we told its packaging and we have the fone put down on us when they caught out. this is discusting how customers are treated. without us they wouldnt have jobs. you need to sort the respraunts out properly as customers are treated discracfully by them, not all but some. its like customers dont matter my email is [protected]@yahoo.co.uk
