A courier was meant to turn up Friday and did not. Please note , I waited in all day . I finally got through to India on Saturday who advised that your records showed that a courier should have turned all .She apologised and confirmed one would definitely turn up today . This is causing me undue stress and anxiety . If a courier dies not turn up today , please send me a copy of the complaints procedure . This is not the level of service I would have thought a company like Next would provide .
