WENT TO PAY ONLINE LIKE I ALWAYS DO AND I NOTICE THAT MY TOTAL DUE WAS $42.00 MORE I THOUGHT IT WAS A MISTAKE SO I CALLED AND THEY SAID YES WE INCREASED YOUR RATE. WITH NO NOTICE WE SENT A POSTCARD...WHAT!!! THEY TEXT ME REMINDERS EMAIL ME REMINDERS EVEN CALL ME WITH REMINDERS BUT SOMETHING THIS IMPORTANT YOU SENT POST CARD!
