l tried to make payments on both the phone and your webside and was not able to do so,l told your customer service this and l asked that the $12 phone payment be waived since l have tried to do it on these two systems but he refused.l asked him to let me talk to a supervisor,he said l can only be called back.l demand that the $12 be refunded please. User's recommendation: fix your alternative payments systems.
