We ordered our $5500 carport in November 2020. Every time they were contacted by us for scheduling, we were put off, "paperwork pulled", should be soon, or given a future date when "hopefully" a date will be scheduled. NOTHING!!!! They have held a $900 deposit, but we have no product even on the horizon. *No picture to upload- just empty pad User's recommendation: Find a reputable company.
