8GB mobile data still not credited to my account
Greetings! I've called customer care twice this week, Monday and Thursday, for what is supposed to be an automatic monthly credit of 8GB. This is approved and is supposed to be expedited since this problem also occurred last month. It's been 5 business days now and still no data. Please tell my why it is so difficult to add this data to my account? Respectfully, Dianne Johnson
