bought refurbished but expected it to last at least a year,but only 3 months right after the warranty expired,trying to get the alienware system back but nothing,will not buy another one biggest peice of expensive junkwith no help from dell or any one always wanting money for junk products,as far as alienware is confurmed they suck,dont waste your money on them i will fix my dell with a different system........ User's recommendation: dont waste your money its a scam.....
