The Klarna US division is trying to con us out of over $1, 300 when Etsy even says that the accounts are "paid and processed." We have even filed a BBB Complaint and a Klarna Representative is refusing to respond to them. Etsy keeps telling us that Klarna should close out these accounts, however Klarna is even refusing to listen to Etsy! I don't know what else to do, but go on every social platform and share my experience with Klarna and discourage others of using Klarna in order to protect themselves.
