£65 charge

1

Date of incident: 24March2021 I joined eharmony and decided a few days later to go premium just to see someones photo and messages. I decided the person was not for me and I decided it was too early to look for love anyway. I was bitterly disappointed with the lack of people on eharmony (which I now understand why!) and certainly knew I was not getting my moneys worth! I requested the next day that my subscription be cancelled (obviously still paying for the initial month as I did message someone afterall) and my account deleted. I then get told that I owe them £65, and that charge was at discount. I am sorry but I joined for one day, and decided that I was bitterly disappointed with eharmonys service and selection £65 for one day! It is a scam and daylight robbery. How is this company allowed to get away preying on people who are probably already quite low! I take anti depressants and have hardly any money. Thanks Eharmony, enjoy my hard earned cash for nothing.
