60w magsafe macbook charger/worst customer service

I placed an order for a 60W MagSafe for my MacBook on April 13. I received it in time April 22, when I connected the charger to my MacBook the light didn't turn on. I left the charger connected all day just to make sure, it did not charge. I sent an email to ask them if it the charger lights up, which they did send a response quickly sating that the light is suppose to turn on. It never did so I sent a response to let them know, and they said that I didn't need to respond to the email because they already had help me... So I had to start a new email letting them know that I wanted to return it since it was not working and they told me that I probably ordered the wrong charger, to provide them a serial number to verify that it was the right charger, I did. I never got a response back. Eventually I called and requested the return, I received the return label the same day (May 2). Because they provided a tracking number I could verify when they had received the package which was May 11th. After various emails and phone calls as of today July 5th I still have not received a refund. I keep getting the same response of it will be 4-5 business days to receive it. One of the phone calls the lady that attended me said that they were having problems with their system and their finance department was out. I asked so the reason I haven't received my refund in over a month is because your system was down... long pause and a simple yes... It's not even about the money, 30 bucks total but this ridiculous.
