On 4/23/21 I placed an order for a Mothers Day gift. This is 6 days later 4/29/21 it has not shipped. Called customer service twice about this, still not shipped. Do not order from them for Mothers Day, your order will never get there. I have been doing business here for awhile. After this I will never do business with this company again. User's recommendation: Stay away from any company owned by Bluestem Brands Inc. Poor customer service is probably the reason why this company filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.
