I had 3 calls to your company. Finally it has been corrected. I am a happy camper now! The last call was to check on a call I had gotten and to see if it had changed my balance which it did not (do not quite understand that.) The first call did not take care of the problem. Although I thought everything was handled. WRONG! The next call (middle call) the lady SOLVED the problem. We had to switched $ from a TDCJ account (I had an account still from years ago) to a new Oklahoma account. Then explaining where the $53. went. She was MARVELOUS!!! VERY, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! In minutes she had switched the accounts and explained to me where the $50.+ money was. She was GREAT! Definitely an assist to your company.
