I received a brand new 50rd drum for my acp9k pro and couldn't use it cause it was a faulty unit. The drum spring thats inside the *** gets hung up which won't allow it to feed the firearm. I literally took this thing out of the package attempted to load it and noticed this issue. Haven't even used thing yet. I attempted to email the company no email back no customer service support no return info nothing. Pretty messed up. All I wanted was to exchange it for another and I can't even do that!. You're pretty much cooked if you need to return something to this company.
