5+months delay of mortgage loan processing to even get to the underwriter. Its highly unprofessional with long delays and constant follow up required with the processor and loan officer. Citi mortgage doesnt provide constant timeline updates or keep its customers informed on the mortgage process. My loan is still stuck and pending underwriting since Apr 2021. User's recommendation: Don’t go to Citibank of mortgage needs.
