2 Scheduled installs that never happened. 2 times promised "Next Week" no calls. I call them and told it will be next week. Same story for the 4th time. Still waiting. Local salesman has no way to help, once he writes up the sale he is out of the picture till payday. He wants to help but can't. User's recommendation: Be ready to WAIT. Empty promises. Not a product issue just poor service.
