My reservation was paid for by a 3rd party. His card was charged before they confirmed with him that he approved the purchase. After dealing with customer service, he decided he would not approve the purchase through this venue, and then was charged $75 to cancel a reservation which was made without his approval. Of course I knew he had approved. My point is t Cheapfareguru didn't know he had approved before charging his card. And there is no warning on the site that they would charge the card, then seek the 3rd party's approval, and charge $75 to remove the reservation if the 3rd party didn't approve. In this manner, anyone could be abused by someone using their card information, and then abused again by Cheapfareguru by penalizing them for a purchase the 3rd party didn't approve.
