3252**** can’t access my tickets for James Taylor concert

Tickets did not transfer into my account and we cannot use them. I have receipts for the tickets but no tickets! We paid $242 to see James Taylor. When I try to accept the transfer the message says they were already accepted. The actual tickets do not appear in my account! I have tried all ways to communicate with someone there to find out how to get them to show up in my account. Can you email them to me without the transfers?
