My bank records show that on 2 November 2020 I paid for 3 copies of Australia Remastered, total $156.80, to be delivered to my home address. I phoned DVDLand before Xmas 2020 (I found a phone number, which I cannot do at 9 April 2021), rang it, and was told that the DVDs would be sent to me soon as they were in stock. How long does DVDLand think it should have holding my money while it gets around to getting stock in? I am completely pissed off. The DVDs were intended as Xmas presents. The service is non-existent, and they still have my money!! User's recommendation: Don't order from DVDLand unless they have the stock immediately available.
