No silverware at the table, took forever to take our order, chicken for salad was ice cold, pretzel bites were undercooked and rubbery, no cheese in the calzone, mushroom soup was cool, mushrooms were warm, never offered refill on drinks, waited until we were 75% finished, put the check on the table and never even offered containers to take left overs, best thing about the night was the live music! Really upset over this experience!!
