29 days and haven’t received sim card

Hello, I'm extremely disappointed with you. I received my 5G Sim card in March 2021 and it has been working fine until the evening of 6/23/2021. I contacted your customer support and we did some testing on the phone and nothing worked the Sim card just stopped working for whatever reason my phone works fine on wifi however I cannot get any mobile data, text messages or phone calls. The agent then ordered me a replacement Sim card on 6/24/2021. I received my confirmation by email and it stated that I would receive tracking information within 48hrs which never occurred. I contacted yall at least 10 times and I'm told that a shipping label has been created but due to the pandemic I will have to wait 3 more days. It has been now 29 days total 22 business days since I originally contacted yall and placed an order for a replacement Sim card and I still haven't received it. Not one of your agents can do anything to find out what is going on and again I'm being told that the shipping department is extremely busy due to the pandemic and I need to give it 3 to 4 days which seems to be the only response your agents know. I'm qualified for this government free cell phone program obviously because I meet the criteria and I unable to use my phone and I have no other cell phone and I have no way of my children to get in touch with me unless I'm able to connect to wifi. My grandson is sick and hospitalized now and the only way my daughter can get in touch with me is if I'm where wifi is or calling my 90yr old neighbor who has a home phone. This isnt right and someone needs to get my Sim card shipped to me asap. My phone is 972802**** and obviously I can't make or receive calls because I have no working Sim card and nobody seems to care about that whatsoever.
