Called on 8/4 to inquire about the charge for replacing the balances. I purchased all of my home windows from Bee. I was told that it would be a $250 fee and at least two visits to replace two balances that cost $6 a piece. I was told that would give me time to save up the money. User's recommendation: Do not use this company. They have no concern about customers.
