They dont have a professional crew to finish a construction phase Or any crew for that matter We had to take things into our own hands to complete the job The superintendent has zero knowledge about scheduling and they dont have funds to finance a project It was the most trying two years of our life. What we call golden years was turned into rust by Legacy Builders The owner of the company looked at the project maybe twice in two years But they never forgot to charge for extras and screw you any way they can We made so many compromises just to finish it! Horrible experience. I would not wish it upon my worts enemy! Good luck!
