24 Hour? They came 5 days LATE

I ordered wristbands on a Monday. With shipping options to get them to me on Friday. I called customer service just in case to make sure and was assured my order would arrive on Friday.... By end of business on Friday, no delivery. Customer service explained I would have them by end of following Monday. But AGAIN, by the end of Monday there was no delivery. Absolutely awful experience. I should cancelled and demanded refund
