2021****-Received threat of legal action but not a Sky subcriber

Good afternoon, Several weeks ago we contacted Sky with a view of subscribing to same. The engineer duly visited our property but was unable to install a satellite dish due to Health and Safety reasons, concerning the height of the property and lack of safe access at ground level. The engineer reported back to his manager, no Sky Q box was left or fitted and we were informed that we would not be able to receive Sky services as a result. However, we have continued to receive letters and emails stating that our service has been suspended and there is an outstanding sum of £59.80, which we have now been advised that non-payment could lead to legal action. I have telephoned several numbers, several times, over the past weeks but to no avail, due to an automated system advising me to enter my card and bank details, in order that a direct debit can be promulgated. I can confirm that although I can access the Sky website, my Sky ID, (joe.obrien53@***.com) and Account Number: 623208****40 are null and void, due to there being no service at my property. I would be grateful if this matter could be resolved as a matter of ungency, otherwise I will be forced to take things further. User's recommendation: The matter was resolved after several phonecalls using a landline rather than the mobile number that Sky had on record. .
