purchased brand new in 2018 at camping world. nothing but problems. very poor engineering. engine access cover wouldn't stay up (bad struts). holding tanks sensors indicators didn't work. on demand hot water wouldn't work. can't access engine to add oil or check vehicle battery. to add oil after oil change you have to take computer desk out to get oil fill cap. radio cuts out when using turning signals. bathroom sink drains into black water tank, thus fills up quickly. very poor quality and fit and finish User's recommendation: don't buy thor products or from camping world.
