2016 Dart difficulty starting, just stops running (repair)

The ignition switch that I asked to be replaced has been replaced. Only time will tell if this corrected the problem or not. So far my car is running as it did. I was just taken back by the lack of resources that I guess are not available to the dealership to resolve the problems? Says service, "the car is not showing a code, we can't duplicate the error". I cant believe that Dodge/Chrysler do not have a network or system in place that mechanics can go to help solve problems with their vehicles. Anyway, like I said; time will tell if this repair fixed the problem.
