2013 f-150 Tuscany

1

So first let me start by saying your overpriced piece of junk is really frustrating me at this point. I bought, in 2013, a brand new Ford F-150 Tuscany truck from Jacksonville Arkansas. It had 143 miles when I paid $79, 000 plus the cost of financing. So 3 weeks after I get the truck, the alternator in the truck shorts out, way to go Ford!! We PAY to have that along with the whole front end of the truck replaced because again fords crappy work caused an issue. Which leads me to my current issue/problem with Ford yet again!! So a recall was done on my truck in 2019 for the pcm module for the transmission. I took it to Ford and they let me know that the truck isn't giving issues and until it starts downshifting, they won't be able to fix it. In 2019 I can only assume the truck would've been under your 150, 000 recall. Which leads me to future date, the truck is now downshifting on its own and will not shift up. I take it back to the dealership only to be told now the pile of crap isn't covered because I'm over the 150, 000 miles. If it was fixed when the recall originally came out, I wouldn't now be having this problem. I am thoroughly pissed at not only Ford motor but Crain Ford out of Jacksonville as they told me UNTIL THERE WAS AN ISSUE, the recall wouldn't cover it!!!
