On one occasion the bottom trim came right off and tore a gash in the vinyl floor. Last trip south my roof tore and peeled back about 10 feet ,exposing the plywood, breaking the bathroom skylight and damaging the roof vents. Couldn't"t get heat up to the bedroom and discovered that in their wisdom they tried to force 2-4" ducts through a 6" opening and the duct was broken open and pouring the heat into the lower compartment. Really not impressed with workmanship and customer service. I was told "sorry but trailer is out of warranty" basically my problem. And now my rear stabilisers are broken!
