I Requested for Valvoline to do an oil change . -- I should have gone elsewhere Valvoline instant oil change 425 High Plain St Walpole, MA [protected] serviced on 6/12/21 The negligence of the employee who over filled the oil in my 2004 Dodge Durango .The oil level was inches over the overfill mark. the oil filter was not changed, My SUV has an explosion and oil splatter everywhere. the smell was so bad . The Durango kept turning off losing power and making all kinds of sounds. I Was stranded almost 1, 500 miles from home . Working to survive through this pandemic its hard enough, and to suffer because of Valvoline mistake. Loss of pay $3000 $300 gas reimbursement $250 Tow truck $200 hotel 2 night $35 taxi $633 Repair shop $110 another tow to repair to mechanic Parts $70 =$4598 master mechanic is saying a new motor for it Estimated price for motor through LKQ $1999 and labor I don't know what that would cost me . $6597 without labor. the store manager called me on JULY 18TH 2021 to quickly said that they review video and they have no wrong doing. i requested to see video and no follow up no email or calls. I have left messages and sent in several emails. this is not acceptable. my loss and refund of services $6647 is the amount to take responsibility for this .
