My money was somehow took it out of my account I felt this claim back on August 15th and told me it would be 20 days I haven't heard anything or anything I have had to call them 3 times to try to find out if they've heard anything if I'll be getting my money back or anything no response today is September 12th I called the bank to find out what's going on and why would I have to wait just an extra day after all these weeks they tell me it's because I'm a new customer and on top of that they're saying yeah it'll be done tomorrow but they have until 7 p. M. To finish it are you *** kidding me did it take you this long to take my money on my account you guys are ridiculous I hate this bank as soon as they refund me my money I'm closing both accounts *** ***
