I called in regards for a show that was supposed to be in 2020 and its been changed for the 2nd time in over a year. Why am I being told that as long as the event organizer keeps changing the date I cant get my money back and that theres no supervisor for me to talk to after asking multiple times?? This is ridiculous, scandalous and down right wrong. Im not going to accept that as an answer. User's recommendation: Go to ticket master. Stay away from viagogo.
