my complaint is about your two slice toaster it burns one side no matter what i do.i had a 4 slice for years never never had trouble with it.Just want you to know i new Jim Williams who invented lots of pieces that went into the Cuisinart , if he was alive and seeing what happen to a lot of his product he would be furious.Shame on who ever is putting out these products. i read a lot of the reviews not very good User's recommendation: i did not read reviews before i bought toaster i wish i did.
