2 months ago I bought controller and still haven’t received it

I purchased controller from the website www.customcontrollerzz.com. I placed the order before Christmas and the seller promised to deliver it within 2 weeks. In total I waited 2 months and heard some fake excuses. I haven’t received my order and have no idea what to do now. Help me. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.
